This unique octagon home is 1700 sq. feet under air conditioning,
with an additional 1600 sq. ft. wraparound screened deck. The
hammocks are waiting... come relax in Island style and decor!
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Extras include satellite
dish, stereo w/CD player, floor to ceiling cut pink coral fireplace,
all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Banana Cabana also
comes with a golf cart to explore the island.
The Master bedroom features a king bed and master bath with
a Jacuzzi bathtub, TV, and 2 walk-in closets. The 2nd bedroom
has a queen size bed. Upstairs, the Den/Bedroom features a bar
area and refrigerator with TV and a full size futon. From the
Den/Bedroom, there's a deck staircase leading up to an observation
deck 40 feet above ground. The upstairs deck gives you a 360-degree
view of North Captiva Island. You won't believe the incredible
view of the Gulf of Mexico. If there's a better place in the
world to catch a sunset, we haven't found it yet!
It's only a 2 minute walk to the state preserve or turn right
and you're at the beach, with 4 miles of white sand and blue
water. Relax on the beach or relax on the screen deck overlooking
your private banana grove of over 50 banana trees.
