This is natural Florida, a special getaway without cars, traffic, or crowds. No cars! Our island’s sandy roads are traveled by bicycle and golf cart, and North Captiva can only be reached by boat or small plane. This beautiful gulf front beach villa has two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy fantastic sunsets and water views from the screened deck or from the comfort of the living area with its large glass sliders. Maser suite on the upper level has a king bed, sun deck and private bath. The second master suite on the main level has a queen bed and private bath.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fireplace, outdoor shower, golf cart, and sand paths to the beach. Club membership includes swimming pool, tennis courts, and boat dockage. A true paradise. With an abundance of sea shells on its white sand beaches. North Captiva Island is a great vacation spot for beachcombers of any age. The gentle blue green waves of the Gulf of Mexico constantly redecorate the island’s beaches with wondrous sea shells. While you’re about you might catch a glimpse of a sea turtle, alligator, otter, pelican, or egret – just some of the many animals that make North Captiva their home.
