This charming, Old Florida Style house was completed in 2001 and is situated just feet from the Gulf of Mexico. It is designed to provide the utmost comfort while capturing the scenic beauty around it.

Features include: a beautiful pool with wooden deck, huge master suite, sitting area, and master bath, along with two additional bedrooms in a split floor plan, and second large bath. High ceilings and natural neutral "beach colors" enhance the feeling of open spaces.

The entertainment area is centered around a great room concept with ceiling fan to bring the island breezes inside. A lovely Corian counter divides the kitchen from the living area, and there are stools for casual dining or sharing meal preparation time.

This house has been designed with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Beachwalk is fully furnished, including linens and all appliances.

It's a short walk or quick ride in the golf cart to reach the pristine beach of North Captiva Island. The golf cart is provided at no extra cost for exploring the island.
