The architect-designed cottage features 1,420 square feet of living space plus 600 square feet of deck and screened porch.

The Southwest exposure allows wonderful interior light throughout the day. Even during those chilly Florida winter days (yes, there are a few) sunbathing on the large terrace is comfortable.

Two large bedrooms and two full baths accompany a completely equipped kitchen and a beautiful living area which looks directly to the Gulf. The decor reflects Hanne's Danish heritage and is very personalized. From the second floor master bedroom and adjoining deck you can awaken to an unsurpassed beach view while your head is still on the pillow; the sunsets are unsurpassed!

A short private path leads to the usually deserted beach. The land off the southern sundeck is undeveloped and in natural vegetation. Wildlife abounds; peace and solitude are yours.

Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 (maximum occupancy). There is a washer dryer, a TV in each bedroom, and VCR is available. Hannelyst is fully furnished.

$1,750 per week plus 11% tax

10% reduction is offered on the rental cost of a full second week and 20% off for the 3rd week of occupancy.
Golf Cart rentals are available at $15.00 per day or $100.00 for the week.
