The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the guest bedroom's two twin beds can be left apart or arranged as a king-size. There is also a queen-size sleeper in the living area.

The large screened porch has a fantastic view of Pine Island Sound and is a great spot to watch the dolphins and seabirds play.

Amenities include your own private dock — the best fishing spot in the area — a decked sunbathing area, North Captiva Island Club membership, and airstrip rights.
