Welcome to Paradise! "Sea-Air Retreat" is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home located on the gulf side of North Captiva Island. This rustic and serene area is just north of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Enjoy the same beautiful white beaches and world class shelling without the crowds of tourists. Watch dolphins play and gorgeous sunsets right from your own private deck.

Enjoy our sun washed beach, and if you are a private pilot, fly in using the private airstrip in our backyard. Fort Myers Page Field and Naples Airport are only a short distance from our island.

Accommodations can be made to make your travel effortless.

"Sea-Air Retreat" boasts many amenities: Beautifully decorated with hand painted furniture and rattan 'Island' decor. Screened Lanai and Open Deck overlooking the beach!

Only the upper unit of Sea Air Retreat is available to rent. It includes one large bedroom with 2 decks off the west and south exposures.
