Windermere Cove will captivate you with its Seaside Charm, tropical flowers & foliage, and special touches. Private dock space is included, and an elevator offers easy access and comfort.

The first level is for "sun & fun", with a screened bar, outdoor deck and pool along scenic mangrove waterway. Outdoor shower and bathroom facility great for freshening up after the beach or pool.

The second level features three State Room Suites with luxurious queen-size beds, ceiling fans and magnificent island views. The Master Suite is Nautical Themed and includes a TV/VCR plus a private bathroom with an oversized shower.

State Rooms Two & Three share a second full bath with shower and tub. This level also includes a washer and dryer.

The open air kitchen & living area on the third level will dazzle you! The gourmet kitchen features a double-oven and Jenn-Air cooking island, and dining area seats six to ten comfortably. The living area level also features a half bath.

Climb the spiral staircase to the fourth level crow’s nest and enjoy a beautiful sunset complete with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Barrier Islands. Of course, no evening will be complete without gazing at the millions of stars before adjourning for the night!

Amenities: Windermere Cove has all the amenities you expect in a sophisticated beach house - a telescope, binoculars, stereo with individual volume controls for each of the State Rooms, and a fine selection of movies, games and magazines.
