Rental Terms:

A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory conditions of home and within 30 days of departure.

Rental payment is due by check 30 days before occupancy. All deposits and rental payments are refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival or if re-rental of your unit occurs after your cancellation.

Rental Losses due to late cancellation are the responsibility of the canceling party. Short notice reservations welcome.

Not Included: 11% Tax, Transportation to & from the airport & Water Taxi Service.
